You Don't Have To Believe Every Thought You Think

The book is 156 pages, but Bruce Van Horne gives away the good stuff in the introduction: You Don't Have To Believe Every Thought You Think. He goes on to describe a four step process for controlling your thoughts and pushing worry aside. From some pretty niftyJedi mind tricks for changing the conversation in your head to activities that use your physical body to change your mental state, this book is a primer on mind control... your own mind! If worry is consuming your life and stealing your joy, you can change the story and you already have everything you need.

I HIGHLY recommend this book.
Bruce is an awesome writer. This book is practical, easy to read, and simple to understand. I had an instant sense of calm and peace after reading it; especially Step 4 (Rest in P's). I love how down to earth the author is . I have read many self-development books over the years, and many of them seem just too "out there." This book is not like that. Bruce talks about his own personal struggles and gives multiple examples of challenges he had to overcome. I can relate to many of the things he writes about. He believes that by changing your thoughts, you can have everything you say you want in your life and much more. Imagine having that kind of power over your life! He teaches you in a concise and simple manner how to do this. I finally found a book that helped me to see how my thoughts actually create my reality. Thank you Bruce for such a wonderful gift.

Who Me, worry?

As one who has suffered from the self-destructive habit of worry in the past, I found this book well written and actually helpful. Unlike other books I have read on the topic which tend to be nothing more than simple platitudes and catchy lingo, the author gets to the heart of the issues with timeless advice in his easy to follow 4-step approach. I’m sure you will be inspired and encouraged by the wisdom and personal insights of Mr. Van Horn as you find yourself breaking free of the bondage of worry and stress.
